The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing and controlling the production line to achieve planned quantities while ensuring safety and cost-efficiency.
Kewajiban
• Manage/ Control/Solve problems of productions line to archives planned quantity, Safety and cost-efficiency.
• Report and maintain RM/PM usage to meet standard operation usage.
• Manage resources, time, machines, and manpower (working time, OT, Leave including recruitment of production staff).
• Cooperate with engineering, QA/QMS, Planning, POD-Warehouse, etc.
• Response to the management system and ability to handle surveillance audits, and internal audits.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor Degree in Food Science, Food Industrial, Industrial Engineer, Related Engineering, Diploma in related field.
• At least 1 - 3 Years in Food Manufacturing.
• Knowledge in GMP system, ISO 9001 system and other standard in advance.
• Able to work shift rotation and overtime.
• Good in computer skills especially in MS Office.
• Good command in English (able to speak/ write/ read).
