Detail posisi

The Credit Compliance & Review Manager is responsible for managing and monitoring all credit compliance matters to support Lending Groups and Borrowers effectively.

Kewajiban

• To manage and monitor all credit compliance matters to provide timely and effective operations support to all Lending Groups and Borrowers ; Business Banking and Business Banking Credit by performing document checking and ensuring that the following guidelines are complied with Bank’s Credit Policy ,CAS , CDL Guidelines, Key Risk Control Self Assessment (KRCSA), Service Level Agreement ( SLA) and Other Internal Policies & Guidelines
• To manage document to keep in the strong room are done correctly and timely.
• To manage the pending document and pending term & condition completion and escalate to all related parties timely

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Financial, Economics or related fields
• At least 3 years experience in credit analysis, credit administration, credit operation or credit control field from financial institution
• Good working knowledge of the Bank’s loan products, process work flows and operations procedures, including all relevant operations systems
• Strong leadership quality and able to lead a team. Must be able to command high respect from peers and team members by virtue of knowledge, experience, leadership ability and management skills
• Able to motivate and guide team members to achieve desired goals and objective within timelines
• Able to handle or contribute to Departmental Projects effectively.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Computer literacy
• Strong Analytical, problem solving skill, project management skills & operational risks control skills
• Good command of spoken and written in English
• Able to work at UOB Phetkasem (MRT Phasicharoen)
