UOB is a leading bank in Asia with a global network and a commitment to values such as Honorable, Enterprising, United, and Committed. The bank seeks to hire an AML KYC/CDD Analyst for its Retail division.

Kewajiban

• Be responsible for conducting KYC/CDD reviews for retail customers.
• Ensure compliance with AML regulations and internal policies.
• Identify and assess potential risks associated with customer accounts.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of KYC/CDD processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to compliance.
• Provide training and support to junior staff on KYC/CDD procedures.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in AML, KYC, or CDD processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
