The Project Manager will oversee the overall conduct of projects in terms of quality, product, client, personnel, safety, cost, and schedule, ensuring successful project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure.

Kewajiban

• Overall Conduct of project, in terms of quality, product, client, personnel, safety, cost and schedule.
• Responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project.
• Lead and assign the task to Project Team to make the best efficiency and manage Team Work.
• Control budget and schedule, include update forecast.
• Identify the risk directly impacts the likelihood of success.
• Solve problems during a typical work day and give direction to the project team.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related fields.
• Leadership Skills : Motivated, Resolve Conflicts, Manage Team Work.
• Management skill (Time / Priority / Budgeting)
• Able to analyzing data and making decisions that affect the project on a regular basis.
• Good to have experience in Production Work and Technical Skill.
• At least 10 year experience in Onshore Refinery/ Petrochemical or Offshore Construction.
• Good communication skill in English.
