Detail posisi

The Head of Finance will lead financial planning and analysis for fundraising initiatives, manage financial operations, and provide strategic financial insights while building and mentoring a high-performing finance team.

Kewajiban

• Lead the financial planning and analysis for venture capital fundraising and ICO initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and manage strategies for raising capital, including preparing investor decks, Tokenomics models, and financial projections.
• Identify and engage with potential investors, building long-term relationships with VCs, institutional investors, and community stakeholders.
• Design and manage the company’s budgeting and forecasting processes, including revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal use and external investors.
• Ensure transparent and accurate financial management that aligns with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Design and manage tokenomics for ICO, including token distribution plans, liquidity strategies, and use of proceeds.
• Ensure compliance with global ICO regulations and oversee all financial and legal aspects related to ICO fundraising.
• Work closely with the legal team to align ICO initiatives with securities regulations and other relevant frameworks.
• Develop internal financial policies, controls, and procedures to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, including tax obligations, anti-money laundering (AML), and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and regulators.
• Provide financial insight and guidance on strategic initiatives, including partnerships, mergers, and market expansion opportunities.
• Participate in executive meetings and offer advice on how to maximize fundraising efforts while maintaining financial health.
• Build and manage a high-performing finance and accounting team, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the technology or blockchain sectors.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and relevant regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, with advanced skills in Excel and data analysis.
• Experience with financial modeling, investment analysis, and strategic planning.
