UNIQLO (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is looking for a Store Maintenance Manager/Assistant Manager to strengthen the team and expand the procurement function to support business expansion. The role involves overseeing installation, repair, and upkeep operations of the company’s facilities, ensuring they are well-cared for and adequate to support business operations.
Kewajiban
• Manage overall maintenance function since the beginning process
• Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation until task completely done
• Carry out inspections of company’s facilities to identify and resolve issues
• Preventive and corrective maintenance in time limited from any request. And implementing preventing & maintenance schedules
• Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
• Select proper facility company, allocate and supervise them to keep operational condition
• Create the budget, monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance by working cross-functional
• Initiate special project to minimize company cost with benefit
• Weekly report to the team and management
• Monitor equipment inventory and place order when necessary
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering background
• Gained Thai Professional Engineering License would be advantage
• Having at least 5 years working experience as Maintenance field in retail business is a plus or any related fields.
• Good command of English (Speaking, Listening and Writing).
• Strong service minded with good negotiation and communication skills.
• Computer skill (Microsoft office, AutoCad).
• Able to resolve problems with flexibility after operational hours.
