Kewajiban
Mobility & Benefits
• Responsible for managing mobility service for inbound and outbound assignees including Visas, Work permits, 90 days notification, and other administrative/immigration requirements for foreign employees to work in Thailand and for Thai nationality to work in oversea
• Responsible for managing visa for employee who will go to international business trip
• Responsible for managing expat’s benefits in term of operation and payment to supplier e.g., housing for expats, school for expat’s accompanying, insurance for expats etc.
General Affairs
• Manage flight & hotel booking procedure by coordinate with booking agency and make monthly payment
• Supervise junior admin to operate general admin task and office admin management to ensuring good office environment with cleanliness and tidiness
• Coordinate with landlord building for any further inquiries e.g., fire drill practice, ask for maintenance etc.
• Sending email to all head quarter employee to notify necessary announcement from office building/admin matter related
Employee Satisfactions
• Lead the team to arrange any company event/activity as requirement e.g., New year event, Songkran event etc.
• Support to contact to UNIQLO store to get inquiry from staff in case of incident happened
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
• Having at least 3 years of progressively responsible experience in Visa, Work permit and Immigration
• Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time, work well under pressure and routine job together with adaptable in the dynamic working environment
• Good knowledge of laws and regulations as linked to Visa, Work permit and Immigration
• Fast execution, proactive, open-minded and adapting to change and flexible
• Strong teamwork, ability to work under pressure and have a sense of urgency and accuracy
• Desire to work for a global customer centric, fast moving, and result-oriented company
• Good command of computer proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Good command of both written and oral in Thai and English
• Be able to work on Saturday/Sunday as request (approx. 1 time/3 months and company will provide substitute day-off instead of working in weekly holiday)
