The Key Account Manager (Omni Channel) is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, understanding client needs, and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer experience.
Kewajiban
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Understand client needs, business objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
• Create and implement omni-channel strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Monitor and analyze account performance.
• Set and track performance targets and KPIs, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Prepare regular reports on account performance, channel effectiveness, and customer feedback.
• Use insights to recommend and implement improvements and adjustments to strategies.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field.
• At least 3-5 years experience of working in Customer Management.
• Preferred experience with FMCG industry with account in Modern Trade Channels.
• Having skills of Sales Management, Business Concept, Negotiation and Presentation.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
• Can working in Asoke area.
