• Build strong relationships with Introducing Brokers and clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Promote our diverse range of products, including Forex, gold, and other services, to potential clients. Utilize various communication channels such as social media, chat, phone, and more to connect with and assist clients in exploring forex trading opportunities.
• Conduct competitor and industry research to uncover new opportunities and trends, providing valuable insights to guide our clients' success.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns with efficiency and care.
• Highlight the benefits of our offerings to Introducing Brokers (IBs) and clients, helping them discover the value of partnering with us.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, focusing on achieving personal and company goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to enhance client experiences and drive growth.
Kualifikasi
• A degree in any field; fresh graduates are welcome.
• 1-2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development. Experience in Forex, Crypto, or Fintech is a plus.
• A proactive and ambitious attitude, with the drive to exceed expectations.
• A passion for staying informed about market trends and a commitment to continuous self-improvement.
