Detail posisi

Ultima Markets is seeking an Admin Officer (Chinese Speaking) to manage office supplies, coordinate meetings, and support various administrative functions within the company.

Kewajiban

• Manage office supplies, maintain office equipment, and coordinate meetings or events.
• Coordinate well with both internal departments and external partners.
• Work with vendors, suppliers, and outsourced accounting or finance teams.
• Liaise with vendors, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery of goods or services.
• Support the outsourced accounting team by providing relevant purchase records, invoices, and vendor documentation for payment processing.
• Assist in preparing reports related to purchases, expenses, and budget tracking.
• Assist in welfare and benefit for employees and organizing activities for employee engagement.
• Others as assigned such as booking air ticket, booking hotel or car etc.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor degree of Accounting, Human Resources or related fields.
• At least 2 years of work experience in an administrative role with a focus on purchasing or accounting support.
• Able to communicate English and Chinese (HSK 3 above).
• Excellent in Ms Office such as Microsoft Word, Excel etc.
• Active, can do attitude, honest and loyalty.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
