The Sales Representative will handle and cooperate with Japan trading customers, support OEM business development, and build relationships with both Japanese and international clients.
Kewajiban
• To handle and co-operate with the Japan trading customers.
• Sale support the OEM business development.
• Co-ordinate with the concern section of factory to communication & share completed information.
• Build and maintain relationships with Japanese and international clients.
• Coordinate with the team and clients in Japan.
• Develop and present sales plans and strategies to meet customer needs.
• Communicate with clients in Japanese, both spoken and written.
• Track and monitor the status of customer orders.
• Analyze and suggest strategies for sales improvement to increase revenue.
• Participate in meetings and activities related to sales.
• Other.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business Administration, or a related area.
• Proficiency in Japanese, both spoken and written, at JLPT N3 level or higher.
• 0-2 years of experience in sales or sales coordination (new graduates are welcome).
• Good communication skill.
• Negotiation skill.
• Responsible, patient, good human relations.
• Have good health and not against the business of food production.
