Established on 17 June 1997, UBIS (Asia) Public Company Limited is a manufacturer and distributor of sealing compounds, lacquers and coatings used in can production and bottle closure for the food, beverage and general industries. Over the past years, the company has developed and maintained its diversified products with the highest standards of quality, to meet various customer requirements. At present, UBIS is successfully selling its products for the Thai as well as the International markets. Its main customers are can manufacturers who produce food cans, beverage cans, aerosol cans and other general cans.

Detail posisi

The Product Manager will be responsible for evaluating business processes, enhancing supply chain efficiency, and leading a team to execute projects effectively.

Kewajiban

• Business process evaluation, demand forecasting, and identifying areas for improvement and development to enhance the supply chain.
• Reviewing business processes and developing strategies to continuously enhance the organization's efficiency.
• Communicate insights and action plans to the team effectively, monitor progress, and measure results in a tangible way.
• Manage and lead the team, overseeing the execution of planned projects to ensure they are completed smoothly.
• Ability to design UX/UI according to the organization's requirements.
• Perform tasks as assigned.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Science or other related fields.
• Possess knowledge and understanding of GTM (Go-to-Market) Strategy.
• Skills in Management Tracking.
• Skills in Design Thinking.
• Skills in Design Project Management.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Experience in UX/UI design within the industry sector.
• Candidates with experience in Food Packaging will be given special consideration.
