Detail posisi

The IT Engineer is responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining various IT systems and tools, troubleshooting technical issues, and liaising with vendors for problem resolution.

Kewajiban

• Install, configure and maintain operating systems, firewall, router, VMware and system management tools
• Troubleshooting and resolving all technical issues (AD/Exchange/O365/Internet/Firewall/Router/VMware) Conference Meeting System Network, Maintain (Zoom / Room / Microsoft Team / Google Meet)
• Basic solve the problem in IT / Internet / Wifi / Lan Network / Server
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
• Understanding Cloud, and IT Security

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
• 0 - 2 years or higher experiences service support in IT support.
• Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux systems, utilities and scripting.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, understanding operating systems (such as Windows, macOS, Linux). Networking fundamentals, and knowledge of common software applications are essential. Familiarity with cloud services and basic coding/scripting can also be advantageous.
• Problem-Solving Skills: IT support often involves diagnosing and resolving issues, so having strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to think logically is crucial.
• Communication Skills: Being able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users is key in IT support roles.
