The R&D Executive will be responsible for planning, designing, and conducting research projects to support Tyson Foods' business objectives and fulfill customer requirements.

Kewajiban

• Plan, design, and conduct research projects according to established scientific methods, principles, and theories to fulfill customer requirements and support Tyson Foods' business objectives.
• Generate new products, components, equipment, systems, and processes that meet quality, cost, and sustainability goals.
• Set up laboratory test equipment and build models and prototypes to test and validate new ideas and concepts.
• Analyze test results using statistical analysis software and prepare detailed reports with recommendations and conclusions.
• Prepare calculations, specifications, and other technical documentation so that prototype designs can be manufactured and assembled.
• Develop and maintain technical expertise on advances and innovations in research and science relevant to Tyson Foods' business.
• Estimate the costs, resources, and time required to conduct a research project and monitor performance to ensure these targets are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Quality Assurance, and Operations, to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to R&D team members and other stakeholders.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s Degree in food sciences, food technology, or food product development or related fields.
• 2-3 years of experience in R&D function in food industries.
• Proficient in English language (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
• Knowledge of statistical analysis software, R&D-specific software, and other relevant tools is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of GMP, HACCP, HALAL, and BRC.
