The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving strategic marketing initiatives, managing client engagement, leading a high-performing team, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.
Kewajiban
• Client Engagement: Craft and deliver compelling marketing briefs to clients, ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives, providing insights and recommendations to drive client success.
• Strategic Decision-Making: Drive strategic decisions on marketing strategies by leveraging insights from campaign performance and competitor analysis. Develop innovative marketing strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Campaign Management: Lead the implementation of marketing strategies across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Line, Instagram, TikTok, and others. Oversee all aspects of content generation and production across media platforms to ensure alignment with campaign objectives.
• Performance Analysis: Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization, including monitoring industry trends and innovations to enhance user experience and campaign effectiveness.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team (including Strategic Planner, Social Media Admin, Media Planner, Biddable Optimization), fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful execution of marketing strategies.
• Budget Management: Allocate and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and maximizing ROI.
• Market Research: Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate new strategies to stay competitive.
• Trend Monitoring: Monitor the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and make recommendations for improvements.
• Performance Reporting: Measure and report on the performance of clients' digital marketing campaigns.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital, social media, and performance marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing a team.
• Intermediate in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, E-commerce Ads.
• Strong understanding of marketing concepts, including strategic planning, media buying, and influencer marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and understand relational data.
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/processes simultaneously.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders from cross-functional teams.
• Very strong at optimizing existing campaigns and brainstorming out-of-the-box ideas for driving increased performance.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a demanding and ambiguous environment.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
