• Strategic HR Partnership: Serve as a business partner to the Management Team, providing expert advice, support, and solutions on employee matters. Act as an internal consultant to address and resolve issues, aligning HR practices with business strategies.
• Employee Engagement: Organize and support employee engagement activities, ensuring they are effectively executed and meet both employees' expectations and the objectives of the events.
• KPI Performance Analysis: Collect, analyze, and provide insights on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to employee performance, departmental goals, and organizational objectives. Use this data to support decision-making processes and to drive performance improvements.
• Manpower Planning and Organizational Management: Manage manpower planning, maintain up-to-date organizational charts, and define job roles for each business unit to ensure alignment with business needs.
• HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee profiles and records in the HR system, payroll, time attendance, including tracking changes such as rotations, promotions, and other movements.

Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR all function, HR business partner, and HR operations.
• Proficiency in understanding business operations, goals, and industry trends to effectively align HR initiatives with organizational strategies.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing employee development and engagement initiatives within agile teams.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and squad structures, demonstrating the ability to operate within cross-functional, collaborative environments.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing OKRs and KPIs.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
