The Customer Support - Application position involves overseeing daily customer operations to ensure a delightful experience, responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and coordinating with various teams.
Kewajiban
• Oversee the day to day customer operations to ensure a delightful experience to customer.
• To respond to all customer inquiries via chat or email according to the existing procedures
• Responding promptly to client's inquiries
• Resolve problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
• Coordinate with other team, relate to customers problem and system
• Coordinating all relevant departments’ activities to ensure smooth flow
• Tracking and reporting of projects and assumed deadlines
• Supporting the project’s communication and visibility activities
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
• 2 - 10 years of experience in customer support, coordinator, administrator or related field
• Ability to use MS office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work under pressure in a tight schedule
• Ability to perform multitasks and manage priorities
• Positive and flexible attitude
• Service minded and able to work as a team
• Professional, proactive, positive and 'can-do' attitude
