Kewajiban
• Coordinate with 3rd party warehouse for inbound and outbound shipment.
• Manage shipping order schedule and track progress of each order to ensure on-time delivery i.e. spare parts and machine.
• Goods Receipt in local ERP.
• Manage Messenger schedule.
• Manage safety stock level.
• Inventory stock check with warehouse.
• Manage Inventory discrepancy and scrapping.
• Inventory adjustment in ERP.
• Assist to return machine spare parts to Germany and book credit note in local ERP.
• Monthly Reports i.e. inventory.
• Import custom clearance for spare parts and machine.
• Cooperate with mover for machine delivery and relocation.
• Coordinate with other departments for a smooth workflow and operation.
• Any other task assigned by Regional Order Processing Manager SEA.
