The Product GTM and Development – Learning and Entertainment position involves collaborating with internal teams to launch products that meet business goals and drive value for stakeholders and customers.
Kewajiban
• Product Launch - Collaborate closely with internal parties to develop and launch products on time, in the right channels that drives value for stakeholders and customers to meet core KPIs and business requirement.
• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with the business goals.
• Market Research - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather user feedback to identify opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
• Explore new potential segment in terms of market size and business feasibility for each vertical.
• Product Roadmap - Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines key milestones and deliverables.
• Analyze in-depth customer behavior and provide data to support strategic decision making.
• Pricing Strategy - Collaborate with team for pricing strategy that aligns with target, market and competitive positioning.
• Stakeholder relationships - Manage client and stakeholder relationships, playing an active role in frequent touchpoints in the development process.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, Business Administration, Engineering (MBA or equivalent experience is a plus).
• 5 to 10 years of experience in a Product Management or Business Development.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Data-driven decision-making ability with a strong analytical mindset.
