Act as PMO for People Transformation and Analytics projects - Develop frameworks for effective organization & people management, strategic people projects, people productivity, and HR analytics, aligning them with company goals. Be an internal HR consultant to provide guidance and advice on HR expertise. Collaborate with HR functions to ensure smooth implementation of key HR initiatives. Monitor HR KPIs, and overall HR Budget.
Kewajiban
• Build data and database related process knowledge to ensure the standard of delivery are consistent and promote data-driven action plans
• Develop people and organization strategy
• Be an Organizational Development subject matter expert with the ability to guide and lead project teams to deliver exceptional value in dynamic environment
• May interact with executives in the context of projects. Support team on larger, complex projects
• Deliver high quality work that meets expectations for timelines, accuracy and completeness
• Work with and coordinate activities with colleagues across HR teams and other BUs. Manage peers and more junior resources on projects/ database activities. Provide guidance and coaching to more junior colleagues.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as organizational development, organizational psychology, human resources, or a business-related discipline
• Min. 5-8 years of working experience with at least 5 years in Human Resources related areas, experience in Project Management is preferred
• Experience in HR consultancy services is highly desirable
• Proven ability to work in a structured way and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create and deliver high-impact communications to senior audiences (written and oral) and facilitate complex discussions
