The Specialist, Investigation is responsible for monitoring and assessing incoming cases on the Integrity Hotline, conducting investigations, and preparing reports to ensure integrity within the organization.
Kewajiban
• Monitor, assess and triage incoming cases on Integrity Hotline; distribute cases to the appropriate responsible person or team for those that fall below the threshold.
• Plan and conduct pre-assessment for all reported concerns.
• Conduct detailed investigations, identifying and collecting evidence, interview relevant informants and suspect.
• Prepare and deliver timely and informative investigation reports in English to an agreed quality standard.
• Prepare quarterly report to Audit Committee and Board of Director on current and closed Investigations including statistic of Integrity hotline report concerns.
• Laise to stakeholders, organizations, and relevant party with confidentially mindset.
• Build integrity awareness in the entire organization. This function is on duty to promote the speak up culture and integrity hotline channel to all employees, nationwide.
Kualifikasi
• Minimum 7-10 years of relevant work experience.
• Experienced investigation professional with proven skills in multiple business areas (telecom industry will be an advantage).
• On job experienced related to investigative methods, legal system, data analytics, safety, forensic and confidentiality of information legislation.
• Strong evidence collection ability to support fraud investigation.
• Proficiency in investigating and assessing complex financial data as well as business structures and transaction flows, including using tools like MS Excel, Power BI, or other financial analysis tools.
• Experience of conducting investigative interviews is essential.
• Knowledge and experience with data analytics and digital forensic investigation is a plus.
• Professional certification such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), or similar is considered beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication skills are required to establish and maintain positive working relationships with other partners inside the company.
• Be able to work under high pressure with a growth mind set.
