The Specialist – People & Organization Strategy, and Analytics (Organization Development) is responsible for analyzing and designing organizational structures, developing job frameworks, conducting workforce planning, and utilizing HR data to drive decision-making and organizational effectiveness.
Kewajiban
• Analyze, design, and recommend organizational structures aligned with business objectives, market practices, and overall strategy, collaborating with leadership.
• Develop and maintain job architecture frameworks, conduct job evaluations, and ensure governance to support organizational structure and internal equity.
• Conduct strategic workforce planning, including forecasting and developing talent strategies aligned with organizational needs.
• Collect and analyze HR data to drive decision-making, develop meaningful HR metrics and KPIs.
• Create data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to key executives and stakeholders.
• Manage cross-functional people strategy projects together with other HR initiatives and collaborate on integrated HR solutions.
• Provide thought leadership on organizational effectiveness, staying current with industry trends and best practices.
• Develop and implement project management and change management strategies for HR initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and structures.
• Utilize data analysis and planning tools to support data-driven HR processes and act as a consultant to business units on organizational development matters.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as organizational development, organizational psychology, human resources, or a business-related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as an organizational development specialist, with demonstrated skills in org design, job architecture, and HR analytics.
• Experience in HR consultancy services is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create and deliver high-impact communications to senior audiences (written and oral) and facilitate complex discussions.
