The Senior Associate, Personalized Campaign (Postpaid Convergence) position is equivalent to Manager level and focuses on developing and managing personalized marketing campaigns across various channels.

Kewajiban

• Develop and manage personalized marketing campaigns across channels in both digital and traditional channels.
• Identify initiatives, new ideas, and new techniques for improving campaign results according to feedback from channels and performance.
• Design the core engine and business logic for campaign targeting, moments of contact, and offers based on the customer interaction journey and their behavior.
• Provide a high level of campaign requirements to the campaign solution and development team.
• Conduct pre-analysis for target sizing and execute campaigns through campaign management tools such as Pelatro.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, distribution, and customer service to deliver and maximize efficiency in launched campaigns.
• Track and evaluate the performance of launched campaigns with regular reports and analysis.
• Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value to ensure maximum revenue and the best customer experience.

Kualifikasi

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in Marketing, Product Ownership, Product Delivery, or a related field.
• Good analytical and strategic thinking and planning skills.
• Strong communication, motivation, and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of SQL and CRM tools such as Pelatro.
