• Analyze population, household, and network data to set sales targets and expand coverage.
• Develop sales, marketing, and training strategies to meet targets for True services.
• Collaborate with management to set sales goals and marketing plans.
• Present strategies for approval and implement them across sales channels.
• Supervise and evaluate team and partner performance.
• Adjust strategies weekly to achieve sales targets.
• Provide monthly performance reports and propose improvements.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Science or Engineering.
• Having a Master of Business Administration degree will be an advantage.
• Minimum 5 Years Experience in sale team lead.
