Triumph Motorcycles is a British company with over 110 years of history. Our motorcycles are designed and developed in the UK by a team of experienced and highly skilled Engineers. Our motorcycles have won many awards around the world for their design and performance and Triumph continually develops new motorcycles to compete in this exciting and fast moving industry.
Established in Thailand since 2002, Triumph now runs three factories, under the supervision of a UK management team, on the Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate, Chonburi. These factories produce a wide range of high quality motorcycle components and assemble a range of high quality motorcycles.
The SHE Officer is responsible for supervising safety issues, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and conducting safety training within the organization.
Kewajiban
• Supervise all employees in safety issues and ensure safety working conditions in accordance with relevant laws and Standards.
• Complete and maintain reports i.e. Health, Safety, Accident, Environment, both periodically and occasionally, which is required by law.
• Identify any potential risks, which may cause accident, to obstruct hazardous activities, which expose to such risks and notify to both individuals and managers.
• Conduct Safety training and related course.
• Create and develop the work instruction which related to Safety regulation.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety
• At least 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
• Good command of English, and computer literacy
• Proactive & flexible in assuming many roles
• Able to facilitate meetings, influence, and motivate groups.
