Triumph Motorcycles is a British company with over 110 years of history. Our motorcycles are designed and developed in the UK by a team of experienced and highly skilled Engineers. Established in Thailand since 2002, Triumph now runs three factories, under the supervision of a UK management team, on the Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate, Chonburi. These factories produce a wide range of high quality motorcycle components and assemble a range of high quality motorcycles.
The Indirect Buyer is responsible for raising and placing orders for indirect components and services, controlling stock levels, obtaining cost reductions, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring requirement deadlines are met. The position requires a Bachelor's degree, at least 1 year of experience in purchasing or a related field, ability to work under pressure, good command of English, and strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Kewajiban
• Raising and placing of orders from individual requisitions for indirect components and services i.e., consumable part, spare parts, made to order both local & overseas, Equipment, Machine etc.
• Controlling of stock levels and reorder points for some consumable part which normally using for manufacturing process.
• Obtaining costs reductions.
• Prepare enquiries and evaluate supplier quotations.
• Record accurate information and prepare timely reports as necessary.
• Source new suppliers both local & overseas for new enquiries and processes.
• Carry out expediting of orders and enquiries.
• Negotiate with suppliers regarding costs, lead-times, and payment terms.
• Ensure that requirement deadlines are achieved.
• Contract Monitoring
• Follow company’s rules and standard document.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in any fields.
• At least experience 1 year in Purchasing or any relate field.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Good command in written and spoken English.
• Negotiation and Interpersonal skills are required.
