Trip.com Group integrates travel resources and provides exceptional travel products and services worldwide. The Hotel Support Specialist will assist local business teams and overseas partners, ensuring smooth operations and high satisfaction for cooperative hotels.

Kewajiban

• Refer to company procedures, use the right tools to assist the local business team and provide front-line business support to overseas partners.
• Adapt to corporate strategy adjustment and keep business knowledge updated.
• Help to solve the partner's demand in the daily operation of Trip system by telephone, email or online chat(contact customer directly if necessary).
• Promote Trip's hotel management system to our cooperative hotels.
• Coordinate with other departments to improve the overall satisfaction of the merchant (hotel).
• Complete temporary tasks assigned by superiors.

Kualifikasi

• Diploma or above, native or near native Vietnamese speaker with English speaking skill.
• Excellent service awareness and professional dedication, strong learning ability, positive attitude, and strong ability to work under pressure, excellent teamwork ability, able to adapt to the work shift system.
• Relevant working experience in customer service or online travel agency is preferred.
