Trip.com Group is a leading global travel service provider looking for an Associate Social Media Marketing Manager to oversee social media operations, analyze user preferences, collaborate with KOLs, and execute marketing projects for the Thai market.

Kewajiban

• Social Media Account Management: Oversee daily operations and maintenance of social media accounts for the Thai market, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve traffic growth and marketing goals.
• User Preference Analysis and Content Creation: Analyze user preferences and develop communication plans that meet target user needs. Create and publish high-quality, creative content to enhance user engagement and brand influence.
• KOL Collaboration and Promotion: Identify, screen, and collaborate with overseas Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) based on business needs. Plan and execute KOL promotion activities to boost brand awareness and market impact.
• NS Marketing Project Execution: Independently plan and execute social media marketing projects, stimulate consumer interest and participation, and increase website traffic and conversion rates. Monitor and analyze marketing results, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize outcomes.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with minimum 3 years of experience in OTA or internet company.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong copywriting and image editing skills, capable of independently creating high-quality content.
• Keen marketing insight and innovative thinking, able to plan and execute creative marketing activities.
• Enthusiastic about new trends, with strong network awareness and creativity, excellent aesthetic sense.
• Heavy social media user preferred, familiar with the operating rules and user habits of major social media platforms.
• Strong communication skills, able to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members, KOLs, and other partners. Good team spirit and project management ability, able to work efficiently in a multitasking environment.
