As a Field Sales Representative - New Accounts for Tekla Structures in Thailand, you will be working with our customers to ensure their ongoing success and win business. You will liaise closely with new customers and also drive more seat counts with existing customers in the region, work to achieve sales targets, present Tekla Structures to prospects and manage a growing portfolio.
Kewajiban
• Achieve sales quotas and action the strategic initiatives assigned to you
• Design and execute demand and lead-generation initiatives to build a healthy sales funnel
• Manage and control sales processes to achieve a predictable pipeline from prospecting, qualifying, management, and sales closure
• Focus on new customers and also upsell to existing customers and key accounts to expand business. Seek opportunities to cross sale for products in CES group
• Manage and maintain good customer relationships and service to attain excellent customer satisfaction
• Develop and execute the annual Business plan and Strategic initiatives to grow business.
• Responsible for pre-sale discussions and/or demonstration of Tekla Structures to your customers
• Provide initial technical support to customers.
Kualifikasi
• Along with your excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, your self-motivated nature, and your desire to collaborate with other technical professionals local and global, you will also possess the following skills:
• Construction domain knowledge
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
• Result-oriented and goal focused
• Strong time management skills and ability to deliver results on time
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to listen to customer issues, understand customer workflows, and identify customer goals
• Communication skills in Thai and English – written, verbal, and presentation.
• Good organizational skills, a flexible mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Advanced selling capability that showcases your commitment to strategy, customer relations, negotiation, and the ability to close
