Detail posisi

This position involves working closely with the Asia Regional Channel Director and local manager to enhance dealer development activities and increase sales of Trimble products and services in the Indochina region.

Kewajiban

• Directly interface with the Asia Regional Channel Director and local manager in the implementation of dealer development activities to increase sales of Trimble products and services.
• Work with Trimble's distributor management, salespeople and Technical Sales Support teams providing product training, manufacturer assistance with job site demonstrations/evaluations and professional working practices on installing, commissioning and training of Trimble's Construction portfolio.
• Provide input on competitive products, activities and evaluate marketplace potential for all served markets and customer segments.

Kualifikasi

• Degree and above in Civil engineering, surveying and/or Digital/BIM Constructions.
• Proven experience in civil, construction, surveying and/or machine control or other relevant industries is essential.
• Mechanical and educational aptitude to improve the understanding, application and operation of heavy equipment machine control.
• Sales experience in the construction environment.
• Fundamental selling skills. Good listener to diverse audiences.
• Sense of urgency and drive, highly motivated.
• Experience in handling difficult or sensitive situations.
• Positive team participation skills.
• A team player who is solution driven with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to make sound decisions based on customer needs and technical knowledge.

• Ability to frequently (50%) travel within Thailand and also overseas.
