The Office Manager / HR Manager at Trienpont International will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing HR functions, and creating a positive work environment. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and have strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
Kewajiban
• Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workplace.
• Manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
• Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Coordinate and manage employee benefits, payroll, and compliance with Thai labor laws.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters, providing support and guidance to employees and management.
• Plan and organize company events, team-building activities, and other initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to ensure smooth office operations.
• Support the leadership team with administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as needed.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
