Junior Finance Analyst
Detail posisi
Kewajiban
• Apply expertise in accounting and core financial principles and practices to a variety of responsible financial, accounting, and/or fiscal functions.
• Collaborate closely with various stakeholders from various departments and backgrounds, such as business analysts, software engineers, product team, finance team, and other stakeholders to identify finance requirements and impacts of each initiative.
• Drive the process improvement to enhance efficiency.
• Conduct impact analysis, requirements gathering, and propose data modeling, reporting, and financial analysis to integrate products with finance tools.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of reporting data, particularly during the critical Accounting Month-End Closing process.
• Contribute to reliable financial reporting and the company’s overall success.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor Degree from a top/reputable University in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or Information System.
• At least 2-3 years experience in finance or accounting related fields.
• Experienced and exposed with a technology company, startup, consulting, or accounting firm desired.
• Experienced with Accounting, Treasury, or ERP system, which could include Anaplan, Oracle, SAP, or similar.
• Knowledgeable financial reporting and accounting practices.
• Experience in analyzing financial data desired.
• Experience with financial audits desired.
• Project-based work experience desired.
• System implementation experience desired.
• Have basic understanding in common technology for custom and packaged applications.
• Have working experience from top-tier IT/Finance/Big 4 consulting firms in the area of advisory/management consultants, technology companies, and other relevant industries.
• Have experience in business process improvement.
