• Provide information on products and services, troubleshoot issues, and offer guidance to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions that align with company policies and standards.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions using customer service software.
• Identify recurring issues and communicate with relevant departments for improvements.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and that they are satisfied with the service.
• Stay informed about company products, promotions, and procedures to better assist customers.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Welcome fresh graduate.
• Good command of English.
• Regularly use social media.
• Experience or Internship in the Customer Service field.
• Rotating shifts (5 days 07.00-16.00, 09.00-18.00, 10.00-19.00, 12.00-21.00, 14.00-23.00, 22.00-07.00).
