Kewajiban
• Responsible for sales revenue in product for Home Textile, Health Care and Auto Motive (Non-woven, Accessories).
• Meet with existing and potential clients and external parties to establish long-lasting relationship.
• Seek for new trade opportunities and new market to expand the business.
• Follow up with recent market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.
• Have experience working and participating in the bidding process and project bidding analysis (Bidding).
• Responsible for overall coordination, personnel management, functional management, and leadership of all of the sales activities of the business.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
• Must have a solid knowledge of sales and marketing management at least 5 years experience in Home Textile, Health Care, Auto Motive with at least 3 years in managerial level.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good planning and organizing and have people management skill.
• Good business sense and able to work well under pressure.
