ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายขายต่างประเทศมีหน้าที่ในการพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าและดำเนินการตามกลยุทธ์การขายเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายทางธุรกิจและสร้างความได้เปรียบในการแข่งขันในระยะยาว.
Kewajiban
• Established contacts to existing and prospective customers.
• Ensure business sales processes are efficient and work closely with operation to ensure end result meet customer needed.
• Responsible for development of sales strategic plans and successful implementation.
• Develop strong relationship and activities with key customers.
• Support business strategy and direction to achieve business target and to create long term competitive advantage.
• Accountable for executing sales to meet our customers’ requirements and expectations.
• Ensure satisfactory support and cooperation to customers by regular follow-up, Identify and solve customer’s concerns that includes providing and explaining technical and strategic information.
• Provide leadership and motivation to the team to achieve sales target&maximize profits for the business and to be in line with agreed budgets.
• Products to be responsible for: packaging (Industrial ex. food bags or Food service ex. paper cups & bowls.
Kualifikasi
• At least Bachelor's Degree in Business or related fields.
• More than 7 Years of sales experience in packaging is advantage and experience in Food and FMCG also welcome.
• Good English skills required - to coordinate with suppliers abroad.
• Good interpersonal, communication, professional selling skill and coaching.
• Self-motivated to learn and develop technical knowledge.
• Be able to work under pressure.
• Complexity Problem Solving, Team player, think entrepreneurial, act professional.
