The Export Officer in the Automotive parts department is responsible for managing the export process, developing business relationships, and ensuring quality control while coordinating with various stakeholders.

Kewajiban

• Handle export process and coordinate with concerns, customers in oversea, suppliers and logistics broker.
• Be a Business Development and Create good relationship with customers, suppliers and internal functions.
• Provide advice and information to customers and suppliers for new product, price, quality and services.
• Operate and follow up ordering process, delivery process, quality controlling, quality settlement.
• Cooperate with Warehouse and related party in each process of working.
• Check and make Inventory report, Delivery report and Quality report, including presentation of problem and countermeasure to be improvement performance.
• Operate under Superior’s command and Company regulation, collaborated in Section, Department, Company Special activity.
• Advise working process and share knowledge to subordinates for achievement on target.
• Make monthly summary sales and forecast analysis form suppliers as business assigned.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Logistics / Economic or any related fields.
• 0-1 years’ experience Automotive Parts Purchasing or Sales.
• Aggressive attitude to do the action & communication.
• Good command of English, require TOEIC score 550 up.
• PC literature in Microsoft office.
• Able to drive with license.
