Detail posisi

The System Analyst is responsible for planning and managing all phases of projects from kickoff to go-live, ensuring system quality and user satisfaction through effective communication and collaboration with IT vendors and infrastructure teams.

Kewajiban

• Planning, manage all phases from Kick off until project Go-live
• Gathering requirement, validation and able to give good recommendation to users to ensure security
• Work with IT vendors and Infrastructure team. Validate system before handover to users.
• System test to ensure quality after development
• Communication and reporting (Daily / Weekly/ Monthly Progress, Issue Management)
• Support maintenance of existing system

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Science, IT or related fields
• Good command in English (TOEIC score at least 550)
• Experience Programming skill (Java .Net ,SQL Server,ABAP, Database ,etc)
• Experience in HR or administrative business system
• Knowledge Monolith & microservice architecture and able to work with Waterfall & Agile methodology
• Knowledge SAP Product (ECC6, Successfactor, S/4 Hana, Workforce, Concur or other related package)
• Stay up-to-date on IT trends, News, Standards & Technologies.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and willingness to assist the team when needed.
• Working Experience in IT field at least 1-3 years
