Detail posisi

We are looking for Software engineer who passionate about building scalable software solutions and contributing to a key-challenge mobility project in Toyota.

Kewajiban

• Involve along development lifecycle for both in-house development and outsourced development to ensure solutions system is design, implement and test according to standard and best practice.
• Collaborate with customer to define system user requirements and translate them into technical requirements and System Design for development
• Design and develop prototypes to confirm needs with customers
• Design and develop IT & Mobility Solutions (including Front-end/Back-end of mobile and web apps, IOT Solutions)
• Perform functional and non-functional test (including planning, test design, execution and troubleshooting)
• Manage UAT issues to ensure all reported cases are resolved promptly with minimal impact on the project schedule
• Execute solution deployment activities and provide technical support and appropriate correction action to ensure smooth business operations
• Conduct data analysis: Extract and analyze business data to recommend strategic and tactical decisions. and support business planning
• Work closely with Business team to create business strategic and product and technical roadmap for future business.
• Understand technological trends and use this knowledge to deliver solutions to supported business units to increase the organization's competitive advantage
• Continuous improve working process, development efficiency.
• Support additional strategic projects as directed by management.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Science & Computer field
• At least 1 year of IT Solution Development Experience with strong knowledge in SDLC
• GPA not less than 2.5
• Good command in English (TOEIC score at least 600)
• Experience in Detail Prototype development, and Front-end design & development with Figma, Flutter, React, Angular
• Ability to translate customer/business requirement into technical solutions
• Experience in Back-end/Server design and development with AWS
• Familiarity with programming language (Python, Go, Node JS, HTML/CSS, Dart, SQL, VBA)
• Data Analytic experience is plus
• Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
• Good Team work and Open-mined
• Strong communication ability (both written and spoken) and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders
• Ability to deal with ambiguity working environment with high sense of accountability, urgency, and drive
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure. and willing to work overtime when necessary
• Able to travel to work on-site (Domestic, Oversea)
• Japanese language skill is an advantage
