The Project Engineering Manager is responsible for overseeing new engineering projects, conducting feasibility studies, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with company objectives.

Kewajiban

• Feasibility Study: Conduct thorough feasibility studies to assess project viability, including technical, economic, and environmental factors.
• New engineering project management, ensuring alignment with company objectives and meet business needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams in Toyota affiliates (engineers, designers, etc.) and other stakeholders.
• Identify project risks during the feasibility phase and throughout project execution, implementing effective mitigation strategies.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Robotics and Artificial Intelligence or related fields)
• GPA > 2.75
• At least 10 years of experience in new project management / manufacturing processes.
• Experience in a managerial role within automotive / auto parts manufacturing.
• Excellent leadership skills, coordination, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good command both of spoken and written English (TOEIC score at least 600).
