Detail posisi

The Occupational Health & Safety Staff will ensure a safe and healthy working environment by conducting OHS activities in compliance with laws and regulations, raising awareness among associates, and supporting OHS projects.

Kewajiban

• Conduct Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) activities in compliance with related Laws/Regulations to ensure a safe & healthy working environment of all associates.
• Raise awareness of associates about OHS through various health promotion activities, and training.
• Support the implementation of OHS Project as assigned.
• Coordinate with the Government Agencies for OHS compliance related matters.
• Support Department operations to ensure smooth & efficient operation.
• Provide data driven recommendations for HR and safety initiatives.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Health & Safety, HR Management, Political Science, Social Science or any field related.
• Solid knowledge in Occupational Health & Safety Laws/Regulations.
• Having knowledge in Thai Labour Law is an advantage.
• Able to work outside & travel upcountry for business purposes.
• Having driving’s license would be required.
• Good skill in Microsoft Office especially Excel (Pivot, Vlookup and etc.).
• Interpersonal, good communication and good service mind.
• Good Problem Solving & Logical Thinking skills.
