The Frontline Business Development Staff will support project coordination, enhance digital solutions, and facilitate communication within the organization while working closely with dealers and customers.
Kewajiban
• Support as project coordinator in area of projects strategies planning, implementing and communication within organization.
• Create flowcharts, requirements, support on enhancing functions and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to improve digital solutions for dealers and customers.
• Supervise current projects and coordinate to keep workflow on track.
• Coordinate with dealers, customers and internals to solve the problems of digital solutions and support new digital tools implementation at dealers (e.g. training, prepare system users).
• Support expansion of Point Loyalty program on both registration and usage.
• To support team to execute marketing and communication activities through company and partner SNS channels.
• Prepare reports/presentations and able to explain, clarify related projects scope to related parties as assigned.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of working experience in business administration, marketing communication, CRM, data analyst especially in financial institution or automobile industry would be an advantage.
• Good command of Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel with proficient of analytic functions such as Pivot, VLOOKUP and etc.
• Good command of English both speaking and writing.
• Able to travel upcountry for business meeting occasionally.
• Good analytical thinking, communication, organization and coordination skills.
