The Credit & Operation Manager will oversee and manage all credit and administration processes nationwide, ensuring efficiency and compliance while collaborating with various branches and departments.
Kewajiban
• Monitor & manage all credit & administration process nationwide to ensure the completeness, efficiency, and timeliness
• Support and collaborate all branches or/and related departments to solve the problems or to roll out the new services and products
• Assist upper mgt to develop department strategies and plans
• Operational risk management & Compliance
• Lead to implement project as assigned
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, IT, Statistics or any field related
• At least 7 years of working experience in credit operation, credit risk management with 5 years’ experience in managerial level
• Having experience in project management would be required
• Familiarity in automobile hire purchase or leasing business would be advantage
• Good command in communication both Thai and English
• Good computer ability in using MS Office especially Excel (Pivot, Vlookup), and other analytic tools would be preferable
• Able to travel upcountry and flexibility time for working (Some occasions)
• Strong analytical, problem solving, proactive and result-oriented
• Interpersonal skill, creative, leadership and teamwork
