Kewajiban
• Act as the primary point of contact for the President, facilitating smooth communication with client, partner and other parties.
• Manage the President's schedule, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, particularly with Japanese clients and partners.
• Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and documents in both Japanese and English.
• Perform various administrative duties to ensure the President’s office runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Coordinate with executives to support company business activities.
Kualifikasi
• Native in Japanese and Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is essential. Japanese expats are welcome to apply.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in coordination roles, preferably in Japanese environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with high-level executives, internal teams, and external partners.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
