Topre Corporation is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the sales team and drive profitable growth in the automotive manufacturing sector, leveraging extensive experience and strong analytical skills.

Kewajiban

• Manage sales team, operation and resource to deliver profitable growth.
• Tracking performance and adjusting strategies as needed.
• Prepare and check quotation and negotiate price with customers.
• Summarize and analyze sale profit and price movement.
• Keeping up to date with product and competitors in the industry.
• Understanding customer needs and effectively communicating how product can satisfy these needs.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering or related field.
• At Least 8 years' experience in Sales management in OEM and automotive manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of customer, pricing and negotiation.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Japanese.
• Strong analytical skills.
