The Project Implementation & QA position focuses on overseeing project plans and quality assurance within the transport and warehouse sector, ensuring compliance and effective communication with stakeholders.
Kewajiban
• Project Implementation (Primary)
• Develop project plans to ensure the project milestones and deadlines are achieved while monitoring project budgets, preparing progress reports, and liaising with key stakeholders.
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management. Collect, analyse, and report data relative to the project outcomes.
• Quality Assurance (Secondary)
• Lead and prepare documents for Quality Compliance Audit System to comply with all related requirements, and coordinate with all relevant teams.
• Control and take responsibility for document management in various quality systems such as ISO9001:2015, GMP(GHP)/HACCP.
• Keep up to date with necessary information regarding the quality of the system while being responsible for document registration and coordinating with all departments to control the preparation, distribution, and storage of documents related to work. Plan the internal audit and external audit calendar.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's or Master of Logistics, supply chain mgmt. or related field
• 3 years of project implementation or quality assurance experience in a logistics industry(preferred)
• Excellent English & Thai communication skills both with internal and external partners in financial management and KPI reporting experience.
• An understanding of the project management lifecycle and ability to track and report against milestones in a professional and consultative manner.
• Previous background in Power BI or any business intelligence (BI Tools) and Operations systems WMS and TMS (preferred).
• Well advanced in computer Microsoft Office and ability to travel (if any)
