The Business Development Manager at Toll Group will focus on expanding the company's air and ocean freight business/services, acting as the primary sales contact for designated customers and managing customer interactions to increase revenue and market share.

Kewajiban

• Expand the company's air and ocean freight business/services following the sales strategy, with a particular focus on strategic trade lanes.
• Act as the primary sales contact for designated customers.
• Identify, develop, and qualify leads, converting them through the sales process into prospects and customers.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet agreed growth targets.
• Manage customer interactions, including relationship building, customer calls, and closing deals.
• Increase the company's revenue, market share, and profitability, while professionally representing the company at all levels, including customer presentations and industry events, and documenting sales activities using the Global Sales Platform.

Kualifikasi

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development within the freight forwarding industry.
• Language Skills: Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Interpersonal Skills: Possess a pleasant personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain business relationships with networks, customers, and coworkers at all levels.
• Professional Attributes: Results-oriented, collaborative, dedicated, hardworking, and able to work under pressure. Well-organized, fast learner, service-minded, with strategic thinking, analytical skills, and awareness of market trends. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
