Kewajiban
• Support product idea generation and validation to improve current product shelf.
• Cover the implementation of new products or review current products, including UAT, sales material review, conduct market intelligence, and serve as a primary contact point for agents’ Q&A.
• Lead product governance committee.
• Work in conjunction with Product Development Working Group in developing product ideas according to inputs from various distribution channels, customers’ needs, market trend, target market and segmentation, complies with company strategy, validating concept, finalizing product features in implementation and launching new products through new product development process in terms of sales material concept and product positioning.
• Support for product development and implementation and supervise team for UAT test cases and scenarios for Actuarial Department including UAT results of relevant departments for product promotion to the system.
• Support delivery of market intelligence to benchmark and develop company products to be competitive with competitors.
• Responsible for review of marketing materials including but not limited to sale illustration, brochure, sale manual, etc.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for agents for Q&A regarding product related.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor or Master degree in related fields, such as insurance, statistics, actuarial science.
• At least 10 years relevant experience in insurance or relevant fields. Actuary background will be an advantage.
• Strong aptitude for service mind.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, good communication, presentation and internal personal skills.
• Proficient in MS office applications, Power BI, and related software.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• TOEIC score 600.
