• Market research: Conduct research to understand consumer needs, habits, and trends. This can include surveys, phone calls, desktop research, and attending rival product launches.
• Channel visit and survey for market information intelligence.
• Target audience: Define target audiences and gain in-depth knowledge of them.
• Prepare a report according to the plan.
• 1) Monthly Report
• 2) Quarter review
• 3) Half Year Review
• 4) Yearly Review
• 5) Evaluate New Product Launch and Product Rejuvenation Plan
• 6) Prepare Pre & Post Market Test to inform management decision-making.
• Marketing strategies: Develop marketing strategies and campaigns to drive product awareness and sales.
• Provide insightful feedback to the product development team on areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance features that give the product a competitive advantage.
• Set annual product sales target with benefits planning.
• Shipment planning for sale in activities.
• Messaging: Create compelling messaging for the product.
• Being a contact point for special project requested, or other assign by management.
• Gain an understanding of the features, design, and value propositions of our Paint and Construction Chemical products.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure that marketing strategies highlight the strongest aspects of the product and address any market gaps.
• Project management: Show progress to the wider business, identify bottlenecks, and ensure deliverables are met on time.
• Manage channel motivation tools such as promotion and incentive.
• Manage forecast system and control availability of the products.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business administration/Chemical engineering or related fields.
• At least 3 years experiences in Product Management, Business development in Paint and Construction Chemical products.
• Enthusiastic, able to work under pressure, team player, initiative and strong analytical skill.
• Must be able to generate input or lead execution for art direction & creative development.
• Strong in communication skills and presentation skills, good personality.
• Good command in English.
