TOA Paint (Thailand) PCL is seeking a Marketing Executive / Marketing Strategy to join our team. This role will report directly to the Head of Marketing and will serve as a key member of the leadership team.

Kewajiban

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
• Manage marketing campaigns from conception to execution.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth.
• Oversee the development of marketing materials and content.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and marketing standards.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or related field.
• Planning and managing experience at both strategic and operational levels.
• Ability to communicate strongly with team members and senior management.
• Good in English.
• Critical Thinker and problem-solving skills.
• Thorough knowledge of marketing principles and brand management.
• Skills of Business Management, Leadership, Project Management, Data Analysis, Emotional intelligence, Planning, and Organization (Marketing Executive).
• Full of Presentation, Data Analysis, Business Management Skills, and any related fields of strategic thinking (Marketing Strategy).
