Kewajiban
• Work closely with line manager and BU Head to understand and support the operations and forecast and plan their manpower, talent pipeline management, and career development.
• Partner with BU Head to develop and implement HR strategies and policies to achieve business objectives.
• Act as the central point of contact for HR issues for the business, providing assistance with various HR services.
• Deliver and coordinate all HR services, including HR development, workforce planning, succession planning, training needs defining, performance management, and recruitment monitoring to serve business’s requirement in time.
• Collaborate closely with BU Head to design organization chart and job description, job evaluation for business.
• Responsible for conducting exit interviews and exit analysis.
• Generate HR Reports and assist in ad hoc HR projects as assigned.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in HRM, HRD or any related discipline.
• 2 - 3 years of experience in HR or related field.
• Strong leadership skills, decision making with high responsibilities.
• Excellent in presentation and possess interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, mature, detail-oriented.
• Team player, proactive, adaptable.
• Experienced interacting with all levels of management/staff and across organizational lines.
• Fluency in both Thai and English language.
